That is the live bot instance and any mistakes could break the bot. If other people are working in the development instance or the new version requires major changes then I usually start the changes in my personal bot and then move them to development when I'm ready. Leslie and her team will send you a Word document with tracked changes and a Visio diagram so it's easy to see what's changed.

  1. Determine the starting scenarios. If you made changes in development that haven't been pushed to production then development is your starting point. Otherwise, you can use production as your starting point.
  2. Export of all of the scenarios in your starting instance.
  3. Export the localization Excel file from the start point you determined in step 1.
    1. Note, if you want to filter out vaccine messages, use the string:  ^(?!.*vaccine)



4. Import scenarios into your working instance. Don't be alarmed when it's yells about Overwriting in the second picture below. Just double check that you are in the correct instance before clicking 'Submit'. You can check which instance you're in by the name in the top right corner of the screen. 



5. Import the localization Excel file into your working instance. You can review the changes before clicking 'Save.'
