Checking the Localization data
- What is being done here:
- Looking at all the text used in the bot to make sure it is correct
- Checking for typos, formatting issues, Markdown formatting issues, syntax
- Steps
- Get latest copy of Localization file from developer. It will be an Excel file
- Review the text to make sure it matches the bot documentation
- Check the Markdown formatting to see how it will look inside the bot. Some free sites for viewing Markdown are:
- Make corrections inside the Excel file
- Once complete, send the Excel file back to the developer so it can load back into the Azure Healthbot app. Check with the developer as they may only what changes in the file or they may be OK with receiving the whole file.
