The Health Bot Team will let you know when they are finished testing in Dev and are ready to push to production.

  1. If the change you made required data, then you need to email Ravi and make sure he is ready for you to go to production.
  2. Export the localization Excel and scenarios from the development Health Bot Instance. If you need more information on importing / exporting, refer to the Getting Set Up document

    1. When exporting the Localization file for import into another server, make sure the filters are cleared.  If you have the localization messages filtered, only those items will get exported.

    2. Now that there are messages for the vaccine bot, consider exporting messages for the COVID-19 Health Bot with the filter " ^(?!.*vaccine) " to filter out vaccine messages
  3. Go to the production Health Bot Instance
    1. Import the localization Excel file and save
    2. Import the changed scenarios and 'Submit'
  4. Send a follow up to the Covid-19 Healthbot team with the new localization (xslx) file for translations and the data team so they can adjust for new reports and let them know that the changes are live in production
